    Topic:

Practical AI for HR and Business Process Enablement

AI is no longer just a technology conversation. It is a workforce, leadership, training, and business process conversation.

In this session, Adam Marsh will share a practical view of how organizations can move beyond AI hype and begin applying AI to real business processes. Rather than focusing on tools alone, the talk will emphasize how AI can help teams improve repeatable workflows, reduce administrative burden, standardize knowledge, and support better decision-making.

For HR professionals, AI presents both an opportunity and a responsibility. HR leaders are uniquely positioned to help organizations adopt AI safely and effectively by guiding policy, training, change management, employee communication, and workforce development.

The session will highlight practical AI use cases across HR and business operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, training, performance management, policy support, compliance, sales, operations, quality, and customer service. Attendees will learn how to identify processes that are strong candidates for AI support and how to think about guardrails such as confidentiality, bias, security, and human oversight.

The core message is simple: successful AI adoption does not start with a tool. It starts with understanding the work.

AI should not replace human judgment. It should help people do their jobs better, faster, and with more consistency. Organizations that combine AI with clear processes, trusted data, thoughtful governance, and employee training will be better positioned for the future of work.

    Key Takeaways

Attendees will leave with a practical framework for identifying AI opportunities inside their organizations, especially in knowledge-heavy, document-heavy, and repetitive workflows.

They will also gain a better understanding of HR’s role in AI adoption, including policy creation, employee enablement, training, change management, and responsible use.

Most importantly, attendees will be encouraged to ask a better question: not simply “How do we use AI?” but “Where can AI help our people work more effectively?”
