Topic: Your Working Genius… The truth about BURNOUT
Burnout is often addressed through benefits, wellness programs, or time-off policies, but those solutions miss a critical root cause: how people are designed to work. This session equips HR professionals with a practical framework for identifying energy misalignment through the Working Genius™ model and using it as a leadership and talent strategy.
HR leaders will learn how burnout shows up when employees are consistently working outside their natural strengths, how this impacts engagement and retention, and how to intervene earlier, before performance or morale decline. Attendees will leave with actionable ways to apply Working Genius™ in hiring, role design, team development, performance conversations, and burnout prevention—allowing HR to move from reactive support to proactive, strategic leadership.
