York SHRM Announces Upcoming Seminar: Unlocking Next-Level HR

York SHRM is proud to announce its upcoming seminar, “Unlocking Next-Level HR: Practical AI, Succession Strategies, and Proven Tactics for Workforce Success,” set to take place on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

The event promises a dynamic agenda designed for HR professionals and business leaders seeking actionable insights to transform their organizations.

The day will open with a networking breakfast at 8:00 am, fostering connections among attendees and setting the stage for an engaging program.

Janna Lamison, President of York SHRM, will deliver a welcome address, offering her vision for the future of human resources in the region.

Kicking off the main program at 9:00 am, keynote speaker Jonathan Segal will present “Civility Not Sterility,” a thought-provoking session focused on cultivating respectful, vibrant workplaces without sacrificing professionalism.

The seminar features two breakout session tracks, each offering practical takeaways you can put into action right away.

End the day with Jim Carchidi – Leadership Habits: Small habits create big leadership impact—lead yourself first, and others will follow.

This seminar offers a unique opportunity for HR professionals to gain hands-on knowledge, discover new technologies, and connect with leading experts and peers.
