Mike Granby is a thought leader in industrial automation and the Industrial Internet of Things. After founding a series of startups in the UK, he was for 17 years President of Red Lion Controls, where he transformed a modest manufacturer of panel meters into a leader in industrial communications. Since his retirement from Red Lion, he has made a disreputable living as a consultant, helping companies access their industrial data. His more relaxed schedule has also given him time to serve on the board of the Manufacturers Association, when he is currently the Board President. He is a passionate advocate for American manufacturing, and for restoring the human element to decision making and management.
Stephen J. Fleury, Jr., Esq. is a Shareholder at Saxton & Stump with a focus on labor and employment law. He represents employers in state and federal courts with claims pertaining to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Steve has also represented clients before the Department of Labor and Industry in matters involving workers’ compensation and unemployment benefits. He also has experience assisting organizations with developing and implementing Affirmative Action Plans.
