PA Career Link Team

Paul Henderson is the Site Administrator for Pa CareerLink York County.  As Site Administrator, he acts as a functional leader promoting collaboration of all Pa CareerLink partners ensuring a seamless service delivery for participants and employers.  During his time with Pa CareerLink he has served as the Title 1 Business Services Representative and the SCPa CareerLink Business Services Team Lead.  Paul has over 20 years’ experience in providing solutions-based outcomes in both profit/non-profit center.  He is passionate about seeing lives changed.  When it comes to Pa CareerLink partners, his motto is that there is always room for more at the table.  Paul is also a graduate of Liberty University with a BS in Business Administration – Human Resource Management.

Matthew Carey a CareerLink Business Service Manager has a unique 30-year background in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Leadership positions. In his current role, he oversees the Business Services Consultant Team engaged in Title 1 activities covering the South Central Pennsylvania counties of York, Dauphin, Adams, Franklin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Perry, and Juanita counties.

Matthew Ross is a Business Services Program Officer with SCPa Works, which is the South Central PA Workforce Development Board.  Prior to his current tenure with SCPa Works, Matthew was a Business Services Representative at the PA CareerLink located in Dauphin County.  While working at the PA CareerLink, Matthew has always made it a priority to deliver a premium service to employers while at the same time ‘seeing through the eyes of the PA CareerLink participant’.  In Matthew’s current role with the SCPa Works Program Team, he monitors the PA CareerLink Business Services Consultants to ensure their service delivery is at a premium level.  With an education and career background in Healthcare, Matthew has adopted one main practice throughout his evolving career in workforce development – ‘When I help an individual, it is imperative they leave me feeling at least 1 percent better about their situation’.

Jessica Eberley, CEO of HRT Solutions

Jessica Eberley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CEO of HRT Solutions has been working in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for the last 15 years.  Jessica founded HRT Solutions five years ago with a laser focus on improving the way that Recruitment firms partner with their clients and candidates.  While there have been plenty of growing pains and bumps along the road, HRT Solutions has had a consistent growth trajectory over the past 5 years.  Since 2016, the team has grown from 4 team members to a team of over 20.  Jessica and her team strive to get the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.  When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys spending time at Pirates games, Broadway shows, or at home.
