URGENT – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
Employers with fewer than 500 employees, who are engaged in commerce or an industry or activity affecting commerce, are now required to post in a conspicuous location in the workplace, the attached poster that announces employees’ rights to Paid Sick leave and Emergency FMLA under the Families First Coranavirus Response Act (FFCRA). This poster has been issued by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the FFCRA. For more information and copies of the poster go to FFCRA.

Governor Wolf issued, at 2:30pm on Tuesday March 24, an updated list of businesses that qualify as Life Sustaining Businesses that may remain in operation. Click Essential Business List – 3-24-2020.
